Desde el 1 de enero de 2021 es de aplicación la normativa europea de UAS (Sistemas de Aeronaves no Tripuladas). Esta norma afecta a todos los drones sin distinción.
La EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) ha emitido una normativa de control de alcoholemia mediante pruebas en rampa. Básicamente consiste en hacer un test, durante la escala de un avión, para comprobar el nivel de alcoholemia de las tripulaciones de vuelo.
